Menu Plan

Another Monday already? Boooo

But at least today is my pay day so that makes this Monday a little better.

My menu plans have gotten messed up every week... 

Something comes up, someone goes out etc.. 

It sort of really sucks but I am still menu planning

Monday: Shrimp Salad
Tuesday: Turkey Crunch Wraps
Wednesday: Salmon with Avocado Salsa
Thursday: Chicken Parmesan
Friday/Sat/Sun: Leftovers!

And for lunch
Artichoke with lemon and chive mayo sauce and some fruit
Tofu & Yam Hash
Egg & Broccoli Scramble with Salsa
Always with some fruit, lots of water

Next week I start by advocare 24 day challenge, I will still be menu planning it just may be healthier.. since you get  protein, veg and complex carb! 

I will let yo know how it goes!
