Menu Plan Monday

I am proud to say that I finished my advocare 24 day challenge! I ended up losing a total of 6 lbs and 7.5 inches. I feel so much better now than before and most importantly I now take my time and consider more options when I go out to eat. It is a lifestyle change for sure but it feels great. And since the challenge ended on Thursday I am down another 2 lbs! It is amazing what working out & eating well can do to you!

With that in mind I am trying a lot of new recipes lately! But as always I add my own flare. 

This week all my choices came from my pinterest board! If you don't follow me on pinterest you really should. I may or may not be addicted and that leans towards having a lot of pins and great boards to follow. 

So anyways this week I am going to try:
Lightened Up Chicken Francese from Skinny Taste  with zucchini pasta & baguette slices
Tilapia Tacos with spanish rice and fresh corn
Heroin Chicken with roasted potatoes and salad
Shrimp Saganaki with baguette slices and salad
Cilantro Scallops with toasted tortillas

I hope I get to them all since they all sound delicious. Note that my serving size on the carbs and grains are typically very small and I prefer to eat more veggies then grains but Nico is the exact opposite.

I am pretty excited to share the results! I also will be sharing a few projects this next couple of weeks but some need to wait until I decide what project I am going to anonymously submit to So You Think You're Crafty for my audition!
