Let me tell you that just because I post all these meals plans and healthy recipes it does not mean that I do not sometimes fall prey to fatty and delicious food.
Changing your life and giving up things that are bad for you is not easy. It is changing habits and changing the way you think about things.
I know we all want instant gratification too but it won't happen. It is something that will change over time.
Getting discouraged happens but when you think about quitting remember the reason you started.
Another recommendation is to surround yourself with people who can encourage you and will not put you down. It is going to be tough, it is going to suck at times but once you reach your goal it will be worth it.
I have strayed a bit from my healthy path in the last few weeks. I used the holiday and time as an excuse but they were just excuses.
I know I can do it and I just need to want to do it for myself in order for it to get done.
Do it for yourself and be so proud when you accomplish what you set out to do.
I know you can do it, so get out there and prove to the world that you will!
