I know I have been all over the place... just not here.. and well it happens so oh well, however; one of my goals for the year was to be a better blogger and seeing as we are halfway through the 9th month of the year.. I think it is time to try to tackle that task.
As part of being a better blogger I am hoping to post my Meal Plan Monday, every week and 1-2 new posts a week.
In being more organized on here with my meal planning maybe I will actually get my prep time in and be more organized.
This week for lunches I plan to make:
- Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps
- Sauteed Chickpea and Chard Salad
For Dinner it looks something like:
- Monday: Out to eat with friends to celebrate Nico's birthday
- Tuesday: Grilled Chicken with Shishito Peppers
- Wednesday: Meeting my girlfriend for dinner as Nico does a "guy's night"
- Thursday: Chicken Cheesesteak Stuffed Pepper
- Friday: Seared Yellowtail Salad
Getting organized and eating well is not easy, but it certainly is worth it so give it a try!
