They may not be super fun posts but in planning my meals again I have been trying new recipes that I have also been making an effort to photograph so I can then share with you!
Baby steps here people... I mean we all know Rome was not built in a day!
So this week I start another Advocare 24 day challenge, I like to do the cleanse every three months if I can so it's been three months and since I am also doing a weight loss challenge through my gym I figured I might as well do the full 24 day challenge as well! I have talked about the challenge before but and I love to talk about so if you want to chat about it let me know.
This week on the Dinner menu we have:
Monday: Grilled Chicken with Bacon Shishito Peppers
Tuesday: Yellowtail with Mushroom & Kale Sautee
Wednesday: Turkey Meatballs with Squash Noodles
Thursday: Shrimp Skewers with Sauteed Beet Greens
Friday: Chicken with a Roasted Beet Salad
I am trying to incorporate heartier vegetables into my meals and my farm fresh to you boxes really help that. I also have issues with going to the store for veggies and buying a million other items that I don't need so having them deliver to my door has been amazing. They also made changes to their service recently that allows you to add or substitute your vegetables! The customization of the boxes is seriously my favorite!

My lunches tend to be a cook two things and split them up so not as fun but still tasty if you ask me!
